Palp in neck/wrist?????!!!!!

Is this possible?? I swear i felt a palpitation in my wrist and neck today (where my pulse bit is!) Was so scary! I get so dizzy with my palps, just wanna hurry up and get this Echocardiogram done with on the 26th october, worried sick, i rly do think ive gotta heart problem :(

I swear I had a palpitation/missed beat in the back of my left leg coupla weeks ago, was probably a muscle spasm too like Vixxy said but I swear it felt so much like a missed beat it was shockin! xx

Funny you should mention your neck. I was just wondering about at night time right before I go to sleep my heart skips beats and I can feel it in my neck just like the heart is pushing the pulse or blood back in my neck everytime it skips.. Hmmm. Its been going on like this for a long time and I think I even asked the doctor about it and he never
really gave me any answer other than my heart was fine..I had the test and they said
the same so well..What can you do?
