sharp stabbing pain

i,ve got a sharp stabbing pain in my left ribs and chest. it comes and goes but seems related to moving a certain way. only had it a couple of days but its worrying me !!!! i did have that feeling of not being able to get aproper breath for a couple of days and i was overbreathing, could that be the cause ? could i have pulled myself ? i'me thinking all sorts of horrible things !!!!!!!!!

Could just be wind. That can give a stabbing pain.

Hiya..if its worse in certain positions, this could be pulled muscles. Heat always helps...bath/hot water bottle x:)

Pulled muscle!!! Ive had this... bloomin horrible. But it will go :) x x x
