hello ive been reading the posts for a while so i think its time to bite the bullet and write im a 49 year old man and have been suffering from sever panic disorder for 6 months now and they have got worse and worse to the point where i have got to the point where i have thought of ending it all and have pulled back from the point of no return twice really scared and dont know where to turn just cant take no more
