fast pulse/ticking feeling constantly all over especcially in head

had gad bad vision dizziness tinitus etc for 4 months now but recently get this funny past pulsating ticking feeling all over especially in head, is this a pulpitation does anyone have any help or info pleawe xx

Yes does sound like palputations hun...it can sound in your head too!!! Not nice but should pass...especially when you know what it is.

thanks, trying brta blockers now, started uyesterday still funny shaky pulsating feeling flickery vision tingly nose and teeth but guess all nerves!!! thanks again xx
