Can I take Kalms???

I've heard that valerian isn't supposed to be taken with Sert and I know this is in Kalms, anybody know? Getting sick of can and can't takes!

Hiya x...yes..I was told by my chemist that you shouldnt take Kalms with sert...but apparently bach resuce remedy is ok. Yes, its hard with all the can/cants. x

Hi again Midnight..just had an idea (OUCH!)....go to your local chemist and take your meds. They all have a book called Contra-indications .....what you can and cant mix basically. Im sure they will be able to recommend something that can be taken with sert.....all the best x :)
