MY FRIEND HAS GIVEN ME A CUT OUT FROM HER WOMAN MAGAZINE,
THIS IS WHAT IT SAYS;

Cognitive behaviour therapy encourages you to think and behave in a more posistive way.
As well as seeing a therapist, you can now take a seld - help course on the internet.
It should be available nationally on th nhs before the end of the year, but can already be accessed in many areas of the uk.

see www.fearfighter.com for details.

Now I have visited this site but it says i need my nhs password ,where will i get one from?

All I can think of is emailing them and asking. Their email address is enquiries@fearfighter.com

You need to get in touch with your own GP/Practice Nurse. They should be able to discuss it with you to see if it will help.

Some PCT's have invested in this and all their local Gps have this loaded onto their systems or will give you a CD to take home. Its not nation wide as yet

Its another one in the beating the blues series
