I made it again

Well I have made it to work again in one piece so far, I know that is a positive thing but I’m absolutely loaded with the cold. There is nothing worse thing been mentally okay but feeling physically ill my body is aching all over and I hardly slept a wink. Well I took some painkillers I’m hoping they kick in soon.

Here is hoping I last the full day I’m sure I will but feeling as I do just now it doesn’t seem likely. I’m a fighter but so deep down I know I will see it out, come panic attacks or not it is important to work and to face stressors if I have to beat this.
