My names Mark and I've been suffering from agro-agoraphobia for I guess coming on to 20 years and enough is enough so I've come here as a way of my first step.

Hello and Welcome Roddy, I felt an instant relief just finding this place, when i've read about how some people feel and how they are now coping they are an inspiration.
I got a book on my sister-in-laws recomendations its called Overcoming Panic and Agrophobia (a self help guide using Cognitive Behavioral Techniques) by Derrick Silove and Vijaya Manicavasagar....It only arrived on Saturday but seems a good book.....just seeing my symptoms in there made me feel better because it means they are real as I must have driven my family crackers over the years.
I hope you find some comfort here as I have and are feeling better soon.
