stretching or thugging sensation in abdomen?

im getting every now and again typically when i bend backwards or when im active like picking up my baby i get this wierd pulling stretching sensation like a pulling its very brief sometimes i also get it on my wrist. any ideas?:)

Does it feel like a clunk as if you should hear it but its not painful??? If so I have had this and always assumed it was like cracking just to do with ligaments and tendons.

its more like a gently pulling as tho the skin is bein pulled yknow. lasts a few seconds. very very wierd but not painful so i dont know :ohmy:
