Quivering Muscles

Anyone here? I find mine do this either on their own or when sitting, walking etc. I do 30-45 fast walking everyday (most days).

Do you get muscle pain or is it only tremor? Do you not think it could be tension from anxiety? I know that if I get stressed I get a lot of aches and pains. It's likely to be manifested by tremors too.
