Sunday night feeling

Hey guys,
just sat here thinking how anxious i am about the fact im back to work tomorrow and would quite like to just stay in bed under my duvet all day and not deal with anyone or anything, especially when im fully equipped with a massive dose of anxiety, and i figured, i bet LOADS of people feel this. i know itll be ok once i get to work tomorrow, i will just get one with it. its the anticipation and finding the strength and motivation to do it. but i wanted to offer words of encouragement to anyone else who feels like this, with the whole week stretching ahead of us, that you are not alone! xx

Thank you for this, I feel the same, I think loads of people do. When I start to worry about it I imagine what it will be like when I have finished my first day back, that feeling of relief and achievement...!
