I want ed to share this site i have found, i hope thats ok. it about emotional intelligence and how to raise yours so you can deal with anxiety,anxious thoughts and panic attacks easier by controlling your emotons, ive only just started it so i cant confirm whether it works yet as i only started yesterday but i do feel more confident now ive found this as it looks quite good and i think it may help me with my anxiety as mine is all thought based, i panic and have awful feelings of dread which i find it hard to get rid of sometimes so this should help.
