Hello and Welcome Scarycat,
It will help just being here and knowing your not alone, i've only been on here two weeks and have found it to be a great comfort, i've said in another post that I have'nt had to ask any questions yet because just reading others experiences and the advice or answers they have been given has helped a great deal, what does amaze me is that how I felt so alone and like a crazy woman until I joined here, Just can't believe how many others are affected with the same symptoms.
