A question for other women!

Does anybody else find that their anxiety gets much, much worse leading up to, or during the time of the month. Because I can feel fine for 3 weeks and then almost out of nowhere, the week before my period is due the anxiety just gets really bad. Obviously your hormones can go mad when your period is due, but its only the last three months that its been this bad.

Definitely! The majority of my panic attacks have occurred just before or during that time of the month. I have actually monitored it and continue to do so. It is awful!
