your mouth is the first place to suffer if you are run down or stressed because of the thinness of the mucous membrane. there are many things that cause tingling that just disappear on their own. id give it a week before you need to even think about it as itll probably go by itself. if it doesnt, it might be something simple like oral allergy syndrome (ie something youve eaten that your mouth was sensitive to) or oral thrush. Maybe a sentitivity to SLS in your toothpaste even x

Hi. Have you had any teeth out? Especially wisdom teeth? I get a numb and tingly tongue and was told it could be because I have had 3 wisdom teeth and a molar out and it's to do with the nerves? But after reading that link above I'm beginning to wonder weather it is that or just anxiety! I've never known tongue problems to be symptoms of anxiety.
