I CANT TAKE NO MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i just got out the bath earlier and my ear started to burn up and when i noticd that i didnt panic i did wrry so my face started to burn up and i thought i was coming out in a rash my legs felt shaky and i just wanted or needed to lie down. i never layed down didnt give in and then suddenly i didnt start to feel hot and myear calmed down. normally i would just think smeone was talkin about me cause thats what its supposed to mean when ur ears go red, but because im a panic and anxious freaki cant stop WORRYING

Hi Katy,
i get burning hot ears too sometimes and it always freaks me out! Please try not to worry, apparently it is a really common thing and nothing to worry about.
