I have increased my dose from 10mg for a week, and then upped it to 20mg, which has also been a week.
I did this gradually as found the jump from 10 to 20 sent my anxiety through the roof.
The problem is, I don't feel much better.
Have still got very tight chest from anxious breathing and I feel pretty low and depressed too.
Do you think it's still early days for the meds to start working?
I daren't take any higher dose as I am trying for a baby at the moment.
I've happily been on 10mg for the last 1.5 years, but because of a load of stress this year and feeling very anxious, my Doctor decided to up the dose.
I'm so worried these meds aren't going to work for me this time.
