Did you know it is 'Mental Health Day'
Nor did I till a lady gave my son a sticker in town to wear with pride. It should have read 'My mummy is Mad' - they missed a trick there :)
Still, I managed to get into town on a train ride (10 mins) with my son in tow - had a picnic in the local park, fed the swans, had an ice-cream and made it home in one piece without an attack. I could have driven but my son loves trains - and I wanted this to be about him and not me. So I did it and it feels good today.
Last real panic attack last Saturday (in the hairdressers of all places)...onwards and outwards
Happy Mental Health Day - lets celebrate our uniqueness :yesyes:
