Just a short post to say hi, Ive joined the forum because it looks a very supportive place. I suffer from anxiety and depression also with a component of sad during the Winter. At the moment im taking Mirtazapine 30mg which helps a little.

Hi Paul,

Welcome to NMP!!! I too take mirtazipine (currently 15mg). It helped get me into a much better place....check out the threads on it under the Mirtazipine heading and you will find alot of information and support from people taking it and knowing how you are feeling...it really helps.
