My Tongue and Throat

My tongue feels swollen (like bigger) and I can notice it alot... and I have alot of thick mucus that I can feel in my throat, and the back of my tongue, and also my throat feels small, and like Theres something in it.. when there isnt!!
I get this alot :(
Please tell me its just silly anxiety producing these horrible, uncomfortable feelings x x x

Anxiety can produce a tight throat feeling or something stuck there and also make salivary glands produce a thick sticky mucus, mine feels the same atm! :(
It keeps making gurgling noises aswel as if air is coming back up.
