Hi
No, the World mental health day is on Sunday 10th...maybe the uk one was today? not sure. There are quite a few organised events on Sunday to mark it. I wish I was doing something....can't run though cos I have bad knees lol :whistles:
There is a tea and talk or natter thing event soon too...

Ooh, I'm not sure, either way 2 days is better than 1! Haha.

I agree - I think the days should be advertised more too, seeing how many people are affected by mental health issues.
I would have a tea and natter/chatter/talk thing at my house but not sure if my social anxiety could cope with it

Haha, I would come.
I didn't even realise there was a mental health day until I saw someone talking about it on here, I'll be sure to spread awareness of it with the people I know at least :)

Today the 10th is Mental health Day in The midlands anyway haha

I helped friend run a stall for it some years back. Today she is working in Cannon hill park for it. I'd love to go but have no car at the present so though its not that far from me its still to far without a car as i cannot go on the buses,

Hi....My husband and I helped deliver leaflets on raising money for more funding in our area,I still believe there are people out there think that mental illness should still be swept under the carpet:mad:poor ignorant fools:weep:
