reasurrance needed please

i have just had a horrible central chest pain never had central pain before and am very worried just lasted a few seconds then eased off if it was my heart it wouldnt of eased off would it ?please someone reply i can feel the panic building and am very scared crissi

I doubt it was your heart, if it was central it could be related to some kind of stomach pain like heartburn, acid, indigestion?
If it just came and went away it could just be "one of those pains".
I get lots without reason that just come and go!

from my experience it could be that your anxious and you dont realise it (anxiety causes chest pains)
or acid reflux
