225mg "Sensoril" (standardized Ashwagandha extract)
And a really good, strong, comprehensive multivitamin!
Hopefully it should help to stop me feeling quite so tense :)

EDIT -- Oh, I might chuck in some curcumin from time to time too, as that is supposed to ease the long term effects of stress on the brain, and also may reduce "neurogenic inflammation" caused by stress. Oo don't I sound smart! xD
