Yesss and I get a few palps sometimes especially if it's a large meal, apparently it's normal!

I used to get this really bad. Everytime I ate my pulse would go up, then if I got panicky, it would send it into really bad tachycardia. It's normal for it to go up a little bit, just don't add the panic (adrenaline) to it.
