hi everyone

if anyone out there can relate to the way i feel then please reply and forward on any advice or suggestions

my symptons
~sudden panic over nothing
~cannot drive on main roads
~feeling scared all the time
~driving down a hill can start it all off
~why is the world so scary
~not feeling real
~feels better after some wine

all i can think of at the moment

hi nic i have most of your symptons i ofton feel panicy over nothing. i think the feeling scared all the time and why is the world so scary and not feeling real is depersonlization (sorry about the spelling not my strongest thing) i get this but i almost feel like i have to run away from my self but i cant or like i dont belong in my body, like everything is a bad drem but i cant wake up. i remember waking up as a kid after haven a bad dream and thats how i feel sometimes after i have had a panic att and dose not go away i have this for about 2 weeks.
