No it is not a new recipe! :) well not yet anyway.

Someone at work today passed this article on to me from the Metro Newspaper.

"Two herbal remedies used to treat anxiety have been given the backing of science. Scientists found strong evidence both remedies do work. However they also concluded that much vaunted St Johns Wort & Magnesuim supplements were not found to be effective."

Mmmm - I've been taking Magnesium! Oh well I am sure there are many research documents in favour / not in favour in any given time of one remedy or another! Still it was an interesting article for a Monday Morning.

i have recently been told passionflower and kava are good for anxity but i couldnt find any in any shops near me! so i use chamomille tea and that does help, it relaxes me during the worse days which helps me cope a little easier. x
