loss of long term memory!!

plz help! for months now i feel as if i can no longer remember things from my past, have difficulty talking to people and now it seems as if my memory for everyday skills is vanishing....really feel like i have dementia and im only 35:weep:

Hi Steve. When youre in the grip of mental health problems your brain doesnt seem to function as it used to.That doesnt mean it never will though. I forgot stuff I had known for years, but it all came back when I was feeling better again.
