Well try and remember how many times before you have had a cold and nothing bad ever happened did it?

Colds make me more anxious too. I think its to do with not being able to breathe through my nose, so I under/over breathe through my mouth.
You'll be feeling better soon enough :)

Same here!! I hate having a cold. In always think the worst x x x
