Hi everyone. I'm ama, 27 and from the UK. I work full time for a small marketing company and have been for about 2 years now. I live with my boyfriend who is extremely supportive in dealing with my anxiety. We have been together for nearly 4 years now. That's actually quite scary, I didn't realise we'd been together that long. :D
Life has been interesting for the last couple of years, with it's ups and downs. I've recently hit a bit of a low point. Having tried some medication in the past and doing CBT, my boyfriend suggested I find an online forum and just talk it out, so... here I am.
