Hi just wanted to say hello! My name is Vicky and I'm 26!
I suppose I'm kind of on the way out of my anxiety which started 4 1/2 years ago at uni. Still don't fully understand why it happened, a culmination (is that the right word?) of things maybe.
I feel much better, apart from coming off my damn Cipralex and feeling totally ass!
I had hypnotherapy over a year ago and I think that along with a bit of "man-ing up" really helped.
I still have my moments, although they seem much smaller, I'll never be completely rid of it, so I'll keep avoiding certain situations for as long as I can, LOL!
