out of body experiences (agoraphobia)

i dont know how to explain this but if i am somewhere i cant escape from like asda check out! and i am there for a long time i have had like an outter body experiance a couple of time, dose anybody eles get this?
becouse it is the stranged and most horrible thing ever!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't worry Gavin, it's totally normal. I used to think it was my mind trying to get the hell out of wherever it was I felt trapped, while my body was stuck there!
