View Full Version : Thinking too much again (i think ha ha)
I just wanted to write down wants bothering me (ie thinking)
1. Life isn't real (sleep is)
2. Who am i? and whats life about? Why am i/we here?
3. How can i get full enjoyment from life again?
4. Got a job working near where i went to school and seeing old faces from say 22years ago (freaking me out as though unreal again)
5. Want to just get on with life without all this thinking.
Does the above add up to being depressed ;do you think?
All your help and advice is so appreciated. Thankyou xxx

hello,i get the exact same thoughts ona regular basis and i often wonder if iam depressed?I think matbe the anxiety we dael with all the time can make us depressed in this way,'what's it all about' ,'what's the point' etc etc,but then it will pass with me,so i think it may be not clinical depression but i dont kno and my dr has vever helped at all.i have used a herbalist and he was fab but too costly.Well just to say you aint alone in this ,i'm here if you want to talk.Love mary-rose.xx

Thankyou for your support Mary . Like you say we are all in the same boat eh x
I have had those same thoughts to Suzuki. You are not alone with any of these feelings & then it passes just the same.
Life can be a struggle at times but we can get through the hard times.
