meds for physiological symptoms

i am sick of adrenaline rushes, feeling sick, chest tightness etc is there any medication i can be asked to be put on for these symptoms or do i have to ride it out?

they wouldn't put me on beta blockers cause i have really mild asthma and i am on citalopram but that hasn't stopped any physiological symptoms :(

If I remember rightly, there is a beta blocker that can be given to asthma sufferers, so it might be worth asking your GP about that. They definitely do the trick with the physical symptoms though.
