Hi all, I'm Sheem - an oh so cleverly disguised variation of my normal nick to avoid Google searches - feels a bit odd wearing a new handle, but I'll live.
Suffered with low self esteem, diagnosed with depression 12 years ago - on and off bouts since, diagnosed with anxiety about a year ago, on and off since.
Hoping I'll not just post a couple of comments to get it off my chest and never come back, as is my normal style.
