Hey guys. I have been searching the net looking up ways to help/improve health anxiety. I came across this site. This is a quote that has really got me thinking..."Anxiety is the ENDLESS search for certainty that you can't find..."
It is so true. We are like mice in a wheel, running round and round and making no progress. We are wasting our time and energy on worrying "what if" and our lives are filled with fear and frustration.
I am so glad I found you guys to vent to everyday. Is anyone hearing me? We are wasting our time worrying endlessly about our symptoms. I know...if only it were this easy..if only we could just snap out of it.
