Hi Im new!

hi folks

Im new to this site altho iv suffered from GAD, panic attacks, social phobia and wind phobia for over 20 years. My wind phobia is really bad at the moment, if its windy outside i cant leave the house, and i need to do something about it so i can get a job - not that the jobcentre seem very interested in mental health problems. Just wanted to talk to people who understand what im going through.
