out of body exeriance

has anybody had a sort of out of body experiance? i suffer with agarophobia!

Only when I was a child. Anxiety can cause strange feelings though. Do you think it could be related to this?

yes i used to float into the corner of the room and watch myself asleep in the bed. I could do this at will. No drink or drugs involved. FREAKY now, funny at the time. x and thats not all, but its getting close to the witching hour and I dont wanna freak anyone out.............x
