Hi

Me again..... just wondered if anyone else is off there food due to taking citalopram, the thought of it just makes me feel sick, i have hardly eaten since tuesday, will i get my appetite back ???

Hi,
Yes you will, after a couple of weeks. I have been on Citalopram in the past and for the first couple of weeks I was physically sick every day, I could only stomach cups of tea most of the time. You will start to feel better, but it is normal to feel crap to begin with, just stick with it.

hey hun, hope your okay, peppermint tea will help with the feeling sick part, and i found seven seas tonic really helpful to increase my appetite once :hugs:

Hi hun try build up drinks from the chemist, full of calories, vits and minerals...till you get your appetite back a bit. x:)
