need a boost

Hi guys its been a while.....

I'm finally starting to nail this beast :)

Cbt is amazing went there thinking it was a load of rubbish but has worked wonders...money well spent.

I got the biggest hurdle to get over in a few hours a 10 hour flight.......

Scared cannot come into words, but I will do it.....

Any tips advice to give me that extra boost....no negative comments please I'm really trying here xxx

Carter Congratulations on nailing that beast.
where are you off to a nice holiday ?? like you say scared but you will do it and be fine. I think that everyone gets anxious when flying so look around at the airport and imagine how many of those other passengers are feeling anxious have a great time xxx

Well deserved.......its been an emotional year.....

Yeah I'm actually getting better with just cbt and regular ex cerise......still have my bad days......but the good are out weighing the bad.

And I'm getting back to my old cheeky self......

I didnt have a freak attack on the plane either

i enjoyed my holiday, really pleased with myself....had a few funny turns but nothing to shout home about really........

My biggest turning point of the year........lets hope it gets better
