Can anxiety cause cold feet and foot pain?

Hi sweetie, I'm no medical expert, but I'm sure I've read somewhere that certain medications make your feel feel cold.

I get leg pain especially my left leg x

I get cold feet and pain in my legs. Usually left leg like Sammi but my doctor says it's cuz I don't move around enough! I don't move around enough BECAUSE of my anxiety so I guess anx can cause this technically.
