Pain in neck

Well, this has also bothered me these past few weeks, I have a pain at the top of my neck on the left side, especially when I touch it, I dont feel any lumps there and I have a doctors appointment next Monday, but I'm still a little worried, anyone else had this, I'm stressed and over my HA!:unsure:

Neck strain. Vertabraes out of alignment. Muscles.
Think of things you do a lot of for extended times. Computer use?
