hi there, hope this works out and is sent to the correct place. my name is michelle-lee, am origianally from south africa and am now residing in Nottingham. I have been having panic attacks since 04/05 and hate them with a passion! they have also been happening daily, sometimes twice a day, then a few days pass with absolute bliss and then it rears its ulgy face. I have been diagnosed with post traumatic stress disorder and panic disorder. I have been placed on anti depressants and something i call chill pills when i have a panic attack. i have also lost my last job due to panic attacks, but i need work, so i am looking for another one now.
