Can anyone tell me if they get this feeling all over there body, it feels like pin pricks all over the body, it will be in the legs then it will jump to my arms then jump to my face then so on , so it all over the body, Thanks Ian

Used to get it when I was young a lot now only every once in awhile.Normal for anxiety .
