BP Fluctutaion!

Can someone please help and tell me if this is normal i have been laying down for about 2hrs and did my bp as felt funny lightheaded, vision a bit off etc and it was 97/55 about 15 mins later it was 120/77 should it fluctuate that much?? Scared of heart issues!

Yep perfectly normal - when you lay down your blood pressure plummets as it does not need to be so high to overcome gravity - what happens with loads of people is that when they get up from laying down the blood pressure does not rise as quickly as it should and some people literally faint- my husband has to be very careful if he has been bent down as he can faint when he stands up. Your blood pressure should rise alot when you stand up from laying down. In fact if it doesn't rise but goes down this can be a sign of addisons disease! so what you have is perfectly normal.
