Describe a tight chest?

Could anyone please describe how a tight chest feels?

Erm, slightly difficult question as different peole may describe it in different ways.

I would describe it as the chest muscles feeling extremely tense, almost constricted and finding breathing difficult.

I am asthmatic though..can you tell us why you're asking? It might help! :)

Because for weeks ive been getting very tense shoulders and a pulling sensation in my chest as if my bras too tight and the straps are pulling!!! Chest twinges and aches on both sides of chest, feels like i need to rub the muscles.
I can breathe normally but i do get panicky when it happen so i prob overbreathe.
Had chest xray n bloods done.....all normal thank god x
Just wondered if this is a tight chest?

Is this a tight chest?? I imagined that i would be wheezy and it would hurt to breathe.
