shaking mildly like threw me

havent posted in ages hope everybody is ok//? just feel weird again today dont know if the olde adrenaline is trying to kick back or if its because i had a bottle of coke today while at work , i dont drink caffeine at all usually stopped it since being on beta blockers. just wondered why do i feel weird like trembly threw me like a wave ,what you experience with a panic attack just hsnt disapered and it worries you doesnt it .is it the coke /? or could it be somethink else hate the way it makes me feel .just really want it to go.xxxxxx need to cope an im going too:ohmy:

Oh the coke will completely freak you out if you don't have caffeine anymore so it will be that.

I think its the thought that you knew you have drink a coke. And you knew and your afraid that you will go back again to the experience you feared of coming back.
