Hi ive just plucked up the courage to register after looking at this site many times over the past week, this is all really new to me i had anxiety attack a couple of months ago after severe vertigo, & having constant anxiety & struggling to leave the house at the moment, i started taking cit 2 weeks ago & just upped dose today which probably isnt helping at the moment. I guess im hoping to get a better understanding of this. as im starting to bore myself with my thoughts & feelings
