Hi!I can so relate to you at the moment.I have been getting alot of what you desribe and it is horrible!I was awake last night worrying.I have been finding they occur more when i just begin to rest all lay down.I have been over breathing for three months now and i really do need to learn how to breath again!Began meds last week and im suer thats made it slightly worse, unless anxiety has heghtened so much im just noticeing it.I almost dont want to relax in case i feel one ,then i end up having a panick attack when i do feel one!I surpose in my head i keep thinking th meds ar4e damaging my heart.xxx

If you are hyperventilating it can spark off palpitations as the body thinks it is in danger and responds.

Yoga can really help you learn to breathe in a better way for anxiety.
