anyone from lincs who suffers health anxiety

would be great to chat and make friends with someone who feels like i do it gets really lonely sometimes and although i have a great family they dont understand how it makes me feel :wacko:

Yes I live in Lincs now after relocating to a new job. I live south of Grantham and totally identify with how lonely this thing can make you feel. Ive suffered with anxiety/depression for many many years but am only starting to accept that I have it. Has caused more misery than anything else, but having accepted it, am starting to take more control of it. Whereabouts are you at?

hi i live actually in lincoln itself its a horrible thing to have and i also have health anxiety so i get down convince myself somethings wrong with me which then gets me more down arrgh viscous circle
anyway how are you coping??

im also in lincoln not far from centre.
i dont have health anxiety but have gad ad panic attack with agoraphobic tendancies.
