Hi guys,
I'm new here, just thought I'd say hello.
I am an anxiety sufferer living in East Anglia. I'm a full time student (well, was supposed to be, been a while since I went in due to my condition) and I was diagnosed with GAD a few months back after inexplicably having fits of panic, which included much screaming, lashing out, thrashing, vomiting and all sorts of other strange things that were of great concern to me.
I am now (hopefully!) on the path to recovery but am struggling to get back to normality due to such disruption to my life.
I hope I can become a part of this little online community and that you can help me get back on track and I can do the same for some of you.
